Payment Plan
Our payment plan is unique; if building regulations are needed, a deposit of £350 is paid, no matter the size of your project. Once the structure is up, we ask for 40% and then do not ask for any money until the job is completed and passed by the council. We allow you to keep 2.5% of the total cost after the work is complete for 6 months guarantee. In the unlikely event of any problems arising in this time, you have a money insurance to ensure your piece of mind. The whole new structure is guaranteed for 10 years.
